Omar Ha-Redeye judged the 2021 Varsity Cup Finals on June 13, 2021. The case was based on the Supreme Court of Canada cases, R. v. Ahmad, 2020 SCC 11, on an appeal of Landon Williams v. Her Majesty the Queen, 2019 CanLII 409 (SCC).
