Omar Ha-Redeye judged the final rounds of the 2022 Dominion Varsity Cup on June 6, 2022, based on the SCC decision in R v. Ahmed.

Other judges in the final round included Jeff Adams, Jennifer Davidson, Justice David Brown, and Justice Marshall Rothstein (ret.).
