Is Proruge the ‘New Black?’

Jaclyn Greenberg of  withmyba.com covers posts on why prorogue is a bad idea,

And today, my buddy over at Law is Cool, Omar Ha-Redeye points out that while these policies are off the table now, the fact that precedent has been set for a PM to prorogue parliament specifically to avoid a non-confidence vote (aka ask for time out just before being fired from his job), creates “danger” for future generations to come.

How dangerous? Well, that depends on how much you like democracy, I suppose. Omar links to the Regina Mom, who points out that Harper may be the first leader in Canada’s history to pull the stunt but he’s in good company around the world…
