Omar Ha-Redeye spoke to Newstalk1010 about the civil case in the Christopher Husbands shooting.

He cited the Jane Doe v. Metropolitan Toronto (Municipality) Commissioners of Police case and explained that the purpose of civil suits is for compensation as well as creating a deterrence in society to ensure greater safeguards are employed.
