Omar Ha-Redeye spoke at The Commons Institute’s conference, Ethics, Professionalism and the Business of Law on Jan. 31, 2014.

The topic was “Overhauling the Provision of Legal Services: Is The Future Friendly?”

Legal process outsourcing can be a new and innovative way to manage law practices, with the added benefit of freeing up time for other practice concerns, or for expansion. However, outsourcing presents its own set of challenges. Thus, it is important to be aware of best practices, and to develop a plan that can assist in side-stepping possible pitfalls.
